By renting equipment from Ashlentaro Co. you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Rental fees are due per the agreed quote. Damage to units beyond normal wear may incur additional charges. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may incur a fee.
Customer must provide safe, accessible placement for all units, ensure units are used for their intended purpose only, and notify us promptly of any damage, vandalism, or service needs.
Ashlentaro Co. is not responsible for damage to property caused by misuse of units, unsafe placement chosen by the customer, or third-party tampering after delivery.
Scheduled servicing is performed during standard business hours. Customer must ensure units remain accessible to our service vehicles.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
